Welcome to Apex Truck Parking. By using our parking facility and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Parking Services

Apex Truck Parking provides secure parking spaces for commercial trucks, trailers, and related vehicles at our facility located at 6759 Marbut Road, Lithonia, GA 30058.

2. Reservations and Payment

Daily Parking: $20 per day, payable at time of booking.
Monthly Parking: $225/month for truck & trailer, $150/month for bobtail/box truck.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Daily parking check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
Gate codes are provided via SMS upon booking confirmation.
Vehicles remaining past check-out time may be charged for an additional day.
Extensions can be purchased online or by calling (833) 976-2418.

4. Facility Rules

While using our facility, you agree to:

Park only in designated areas
Keep the gate code confidential
Not allow unauthorized vehicles to enter
Maintain a speed limit of 5 MPH within the facility
Not perform vehicle repairs or maintenance on premises
Not store hazardous materials
Keep the facility clean and dispose of trash properly
Not engage in any illegal activities

5. Liability and Insurance

Apex Truck Parking provides a gated and monitored facility, but:

We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or their contents.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance on your vehicle.
You park at your own risk.
Our liability is limited to the parking fees paid.

6. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left on the premises for more than 30 days without payment or communication may be considered abandoned and subject to towing at the owner's expense, in accordance with Georgia law.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Daily reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before check-in.
Monthly parking requires 30 days notice for cancellation.
No refunds for early departure or unused days.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
